I'm a web developer with an old iMac 27" mid 2009 that I love. But the poor thing is dying hard, and any day will be dead for sure.
It had being a great machine, to be honest. I couldn't be happier with it, if it wasn't for the screen turning off random, a graphic card burnt 2y after buying it, and the fact that I can't use docker on it.
I have enough money saved to buy a new machine...but I cannot get to like the new macbook pro. 2600€ for that, its too much. And the last iMacs felt a lot more like a graphic designer machine than anything.
I even went with with the money, fresh, to Sol's Apple Store at Madrid...but as I spent more time trying the new pros, I kind of grown more upset about them. Extremely expensive for what they offer.

...so, I thought about building a hackintosh tower, and save around 1.4k for a basic macbook to go around.
I had followed the Bramvo's build at https://es.pcpartpicker.com/b/wpXH99 and made my own approach ->https://es.pcpartpicker.com/user/arkdelkaos/saved/nfC999 I like the case a lot, and I think the cooling system is going to work great as its from the same company.
But today I saw /u/saifsmomin build at https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/5vv41a/4k_hackintosh_sierra_build_success_first_post_got/ and got a lot of doubts.
As I can buy whatever I like, and it's gonna be my first hackintosh...I should love to have it easy by buying a set of hardware that it is known to work great
Any help to find updated documentation (there is a lot, but its kind of chaotic out there), the build itself, or any advice will be very appreciated :)

EDIT 1: https://es.pcpartpicker.com/user/arkdelkaos/saved/nfC999 I'd changed some parts with the info you have provide me...but I'm having problems with the graphic card, as most of the ones that are shown on https://www.tonymacx86.com/buyersguide/march/2017#Graphics_Cards are really difficult to find in Spain (somehow I can only find the newer 10xx ones)
