Clover Bootup and Mac OS loading slow after update

Hello,
I just recently updated my Hackintosh 10.11.5 to 10.11.6, and I have noticed a dramatic slow down in even getting the Clover bootloader showing up (it takes roughly 5 minutes), and then after selecting to boot Mac, it would take roughly another 5 minutes for it to load up. Does anyone know what is going on here?
