When did you find out about Hackintosh, and when was you're first successful build

i found out about hackintoshing about four years ago but never really got into it as i was a teenager with a very limited budget, now that I'm older i invested in my rig and well have made successful builds of all the major Hackintosh versions, and i love the whole hobby to death, it gives an experience of oh man dude i made this work and it works good..... I'm a GOD, but in all seriousness i would love to hear some of your guys "origin stories" tell us how it all started.
