Sweat equity?

So we are going to apply for a habitat house due to disabilities between myself and our oldest child. That being said, my husband and I are running into two big issues when it comes to sweat equity.
My husband is a trucker and won’t be able to easily do any SE. Will this disqualify us?
Some days my disability is so bad I have to use a wheelchair and other days I’m mostly ok. How will this affect SE??
