Hiiiii!

So, when I first got on my meds (Wellbutrin and Lexapro), I too was terrified. I let the meds sit for about a month….until, I wanted to unalive myself and started dissociating. I’ve been on it for YEARS and I know without it, I wouldn’t be here. The haziness/zombie thing may happen when you first start it, but when I came out of it…holy shit. I was a new person. I literally felt “normal.”

Girlies, nothing wrong with taking the medications. Don’t just “get off of it.” You do have to ween yourself(with the direction of your psychiatrist) off the meds if you’re on SSRI. Also, do research yourself on the meds. Everyone’s bodies metabolize medications differently.

Anywho, ☮️ And 💜
