i just read the transcript u/snoosuggestions718 provided (thank you!!) and i just gotta say that i hate when people say “it wasn’t my intention” in their apology. like that’s cool… but what’s important is the impact of ur actions… not ur intention or intended impact, but the ACTUAL impact. that’s what you need to take responsibility of and apologize for.
