What GPU should I get for this game to atleast run smoothly?!

H1Z1 used to be CPU heavy and I didnt have any trouble running it (i7-6700) but after the update my game really struggles I have a very old video card, what should I AT LEAST upgrade to for me to be able to run this game smoothly on high?
