HC BR Never Starting?

I have tried several times to play it. The lobby fills up to 60 but never starts. Also I checked on the market for the Hardcore Elite Bags and it seems that there are significantly less bags on the market than normal. This could be insinuating that people are just not able to earn them since the game is never starting. Anyone else experiencing this?
