My Company not sending me to USA even though i have h1b

Hi all, please help me. I got h1b stamping done in this year Jan 2022, for 2021 lottery. All my stamping is done but my mnc company is not sending me. They have applied for my h1 from other project. So I m in a limbo state. Is there anything i can do? Ryt now i m on bench/free pool
