My dream is to work in an USA company, but I don't see why would they prefer to hire me instead of anywhere else over there?

How difficult was it for you to be hired? Did you look specifically for companies that in their job offer mention being open to VISAs? because i rarely see anything regarding this, on the other hand, when I see is mentioning that they do not support visas at this time.

Even if they support the visa, why would the company wait for me to get selected in the lottery process? Does this selection happen more than once a year?

Or did you already know someone in that company?

If anyone would be kind enough to explain the process and their experience I would be really thankful.
