Just had surgery, any advice for recovery?

Post Body

Had glands removed yesterday, always suffered with gyno since puberty and got worse the last 2 years. Rested up yesterday, got my compression vest on and got some exercises from the surgery team to start tomorrow.

I will be sleeping as much as possible, eating good constantly and getting in some steps walking.

Bruising is coming out today and the tenderness but any tips on how to manage recovery?
