Hey guys
I had gynecomastia surgery about 5-6 years ago and my results were pretty fantastic at first especially after losing 30lbs. Everything was tight and snatched in.
Fast forward, I’ve had a hard time with maintaining my weight and am 30lbs heavier. I struggle with eating disorders so I’m always either on an extreme Diet or binge eating.
In the last 3-4 years since I gained the 30lbs I haven’t been able to go all the way back down to my post surgery weight and maintain it unfortunately.
This has not only distorted the lipo part of my surgery, it also reveals the somewhat botched way my lipo was done and the indentations from my compression garment.
This combined with the pointy part of my nipples, particularly my right nipple almost always being “hard”, I’m insecure again about my chest. It feels like I have girl boobs even though it’s not cone shaped like before or like a bulge there from gland if that makes sense.
I guess the weight part is on me to starve or burn it off, but I’ve been thinking of looking to see if I can get the actual nipple removed and leave the areola?
Does this make sense, like remove the middle part that gets pointy so it’s just the areola basically.
Because if my nipples even after surgery I was insecure about white or grey shirts, usually wear black, but now even with black I feel like they stick out so much and I’m back to wearing wearers or thick clothing to hide my chest.
I’m hoping once I lose some weight they’ll stick out less but I know ultimately surgery is the only option.
I don’t think I’m interested in lipo again or going under the nipple anymore, I just want the external part of the nipple to be flat.
Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks guys
