Feeling much more confident in myself, and having the surgery inspired me to take my physical fitness more serious.

Before picture I was 213 lbs, after picture I’m 184 lbs. Check my post history for more post surgery pictures from the earlier stages, and well as what that looked like at different weights. My weight journey started at 213, got down to 164, and bulked back up to 184.

Surgery performed by Dr. Cruise in California and was $10k for gland removal, lipo, and anesthesia for grade 2 gyno. Worth every penny for my new self confidence in wearing any type of shirt as well as going shirtless.

Good luck, it’s worth it! Immediate mental relief from day 1.

Your results should definitely still get better after 2 months. I’d say most of my results came between months 6-12, especially after I started working out.

My scars are pretty well hidden, especially after working out and growing my chest more. You have to really be staring at my nipples to see them.

Then you’re at a much better starting position than I was! Get the surgery when you can swing it. It takes a huge load off your mental health.

Oh yeah you should be fine. I had swelling for many months after surgery. I’d reevaluate at 6 months and see how it looks then.

I should have, but I didn’t. All weight loss came after the surgery.

The only real advice I can give is consistency and progressive overload. Find something that you can stick to, and try to be better at it every time.

I wasn’t in the gym too much during my initial weight loss. It was mostly just through calorie deficit and increasing water intake.

No amount of going to the gym will completely get rid of it. You’ll improve the overall appearance for sure, but it would still be there. I can confidently say that if I looked how I do now but still had the amount of gyno I had, I would still be unhappy.

You’ll get there man. I’ve also had it since I was 13 and got the surgery when I was 27. I hate that I waited so long to get it, but I needed to save money and it was worth every penny spent and second waited.

I just use an electric body hair trimmer and was extra careful around my nipples
