Iâm just not sure how she eats donuts and McDonaldâs and stays that lean. Even if she was an athlete. I donât think she swam in college and she uses that excuse a lot for having enough muscle to burn through the calories.. thoughts?
I donât know this person, so this comment isnât directed at her, just fitness influencers who post about their high metabolisms in generalâŚ.
They get hate bc the itâs cringe and triggering for the people who have to be diligent with (much) lower caloric intakes to maintain their weight when packaged in a âitâs so easy, anyone can do it!â vibe, and ignores exactly what she said at the top, which is that everyoneâs body is different and needs different things.
IMO the messages would be better served to a niche âwhere my ectomorphs atâ or âthis is how to get more calories in throughout the dayâ versus blanket fitness tips.
As for your question though. đ¤Łđ¤Ł Itâs possible, and somewhat common. Some people have to try VERY hard to gain weight/muscle and/or to fill out their muscles (this is more on the bodybuilding side of things), and their maintenance calories are incredibly high.
On the other hand some people would gain 2 pounds a week eating 2800 calories per day.

100% agree and Iâll add anyone can fit in a bit of processed food in their diet and still stay healthy/ reach their goals! They donât have to have âhigh metabolisms.â
