I’ve followed @shannonsnutrition for years. I even hired her at one point (many years ago). She’s a first time Mom and was committed to fitness during pregnancy. And that’s awesome. But this and the other workouts she is posting are unhinged. No one should be lifting like this at 9 days postpartum. When someone asked her in the comments how she got a doctor to clear her she said she didn’t need to because she knows more than a doctor 😳🙄 I think this is a dangerous message to send to pregnant and postpartum women. These are not safe movements immediately postpartum. I’m just sad and disappointed in her.
