NG and ST Deck Speculations and Input
Post Body

TL;DR - I know it's a lot to ask but I'm looking for some feedback/opinions on the following NG and ST decks. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Ceádmil, fellow players! I hate to be one of the 1,000 'old player returning to the game' posts but I do find myself in need of some help hahaha! Been looking through Gwentup and have found several decks I think look very interesting, but I'm not familiar enough with the meta to know which are actually viable, so was hoping to get some input from you all. I turned to Gwentup and looked for what seemed to be popular decks just so I can get a strong base started while I get back into the game and learning the new and improved Gwent as I haven't kept up with the game lately due to work. I have 51,055 Scraps and 855 meteorite powder so just about enough for roughly 8 or so decks total but wanna try and make at least 1 good deck for each faction first.

So starting with NG: I unlocked Anna Henrietta in haste, she seemed interesting please don't crucify me. That said, I'm torn between 2 solid looking decks.

I really like the look of this deck, and the attached video (while not very informative/educational) does show some excellent gameplay with the cards. The only thing I'd change is Caldwell with Bribery, the original creator swapped to the former 'for better R1 tempo' but personally I feel like Bribery would better suit me.

I like how this deck utilizes the new 'Assimilate' ability and the cardplay potential. Also looks like it has some solid R3 power if you can manage the aforementioned 'Letho Kingslayer' onto 'Damien de la Tour' play. My only concern is the early game with this deck.

Additionally, I did try my hand at creating a deck inspired by both of the decks above, trying to combine 'the best of both worlds' but I think my deck drafting skills are lacking. Here is the deck. Looking back at it after completing it, I think I'm lacking some early game power for R1 &2, or even spread too thin with damaging abilities and card synergy. I doubt it's viable, but would appreciate your thoughts on how to improve it!

Pretty straight forward - creator provided detailed explanation of the deck and what you should do each round (or try to do).

The only thought I have on this is the inclusion of 'Ciaran aep Easnillen'. It feels like a one-off card to me since it's the only one that does anything with Locking or Moving an enemy unit, no other card works off these changes. I personally would consider switching it out with either 'Milva' or 'Mahakam Marauder'.

If you've read this far, thank you! I apologize for the wall of text but I wanted to try and clearly communicate the decks I've found and my brief thoughts on them. Again, any constructive criticism or input is greatly appreciated as I get back into Gwent! I'm loving the new look of the game and will probably buy Thronebreaker sometime soon as well. So glad to see this game and it's community still alive and well :)

Va fáill and ymladda!
