So, I tried to climb to 4,5 k today (super duper prestigious you know) and was matched as discard vs dorfs. His avatar was Imlerith and mine was Dandelion (will be relevant later). So, the first round was bad for me, with no ships, but I decently succesfully removed his resillence and got to an okay pass with equal power and 1 card up on my side. He just drypassed and I played a freya. Then, in the 3rd round, he started to BM me. Hard. Spamming "Aargh!" and "Something amiss?" after most of the plays, etc. He even went so far as to play a mercenary into a fogged row he emptied with Yarpen before. And roped on every play. I also made a few mistakes (fog was one of them), though. So I got to the last play of the game, and have only 1 Skirmisher on hand, so I have to rope. He thinks I'm BMing him too, and starts to spam "Something amiss?" while I just wait. Then the rope ends, Skirmisher gets played, ship fires, pirate captains get buffed. And I start laughing, because I see the score after fog: 83 - 84 for me. Then I emoted him "Watch and learn" something something. Felt so sweet
