Resolution problem

When I go to the ingame options I'm not able to change the resolution, it just stands on 1280x720.And I'm playing on fullscreen if that matters.
And I started playing gwent a week ago and I find it great, it is a really refreshing experience to come here playing this instead of hearthstone(and I really like the GG option).
Oh , and can someone recommend me some comptetitve decks I should try crafting,what faction is in the meta atm(I really like monsters and S'T).
