When I joined this PG I gave 24000 to them. 1 month rent and security. After that I've been giving rent every month. This month I told them that I'll vacate the room.

They arent adjusting this months rent in security and reaching out to me again and again to pay, telling me that security will be given 1 week after I vacate the room. Today I told them that I'll need to arrange the money and asked them give me 2-3 days. They rejected and said pay today only, right now.

I got furious and told them ki PG khali karne ke baad mei apni naukari dekhunga ya tumhare PG ke chakkar lagaunga ki security de do.

To this he said thik hai and cut off electricity to my room.

I dont have issue if I lice without electricity. I even bath in cold water. But need advice as to should I pay or not.

PS: I asked two of my friends who lived here previously. Its been 2 months since they left. One hasnt recived his security even now and the other got only a part of her security, rest was taken by the PG wala as maintenance.

Also, they had already provided this in the terms and conditions that they will give security after 1 week of vacating the room. But I only got these terms and cinditions after 1 week of living here.
