Hii M24 which city is better to move with family?

Hello everyone,
In December I lost my dad and now we don't want to live in city were we are now(Nagpur) and we have two choice Delhi or Gurgaon.
We are three members me mom younger sister.
So from Delhi or Gurgaon where we should shift overall currently I don't have a job and I will look a job in Tech sector so we need to know which city is better for my career, health, transport and food.
