Vipassana or other meditation courses

Thinking of enrolling for the 10 day Vipassana course for mental detox and meditation. Can anyone share feedback/reviews if they've been to the course?
Also, a little thoughtful of a 10 day duration so wondering if anyone knows of a shorter duration of such courses as well.
