customer complaints and malfunctions
Post Body

For any of you that works in a shop or deals with customers on a regular basis.

What are some customer interactions you have had where the customer used slang terms, or complained their firearm was malfunctioning but obviously didn't know what was happening? What type questions did you ask them to understand what the issue was? Whether it was a failure to feed, extract, eject, feed and so on. How did you direct the conversation to assist them in rectifying the issue? I'm doing research for a class.
