I am extremely confused regarding the proposed regulations from the ATF.

With the new regulations is my Ruger American Predator now an SBR? I just bought the thing in march and if so I have no clue what to do. I barely had the money to buy it and needed something to get me into the woods this fall so I can have some extra meat outside of the stuff from the grocery store. Does this regulation only apply to semi-automatic rifles such as the AR-15 or AK variants or am I just completely missing something here?
