New gun, new scope and now a new question
Post Body

Hello friends! So I have recently purchased a Ruger Precision (.308) and accompanied by this amazing thing is a vortex crossfire 2 (6-24x50) with weaver grand slam steel top mounts. So the issue is this. It’s sighted in at 100 yards currently, Initially it was shooting way high and got it down to where I want it. My issue is that if I needed it to go any lower I wouldn’t be able to cause it’s at its end on the elevation dial. I thought maybe the bases are too high? But everything seems to be mounted correctly so I dunno what to do. I guess it’s fine for most of the time but in case I have to go lower I would like the option.
