Hey y’all, my range doesn’t allow steel targets for some dumb reason, no use in arguing with the fudds that make the rules there. I’m looking for an alternative to steel for that reason. Been using paper targets for a while now but want something that’ll give some feedback when I vibecheck it from 700 yards out, spotting holes in a sheet of paper at that distence is possible but difficult with my not so great vision.
Right now I’m considering building a stand and hanging something that’s not steel from it, preferably something that’ll swing or move when it’s hit. Considered just hanging some wood planks from it but I don’t think it’ll give much feedback or move around when hit. Any advice or opinions are welcome.
PS: would prefer it didn’t make a bigger mess than needed, cleaning all that is a pain sometimes.
