I have a 26 year old Ruger P89 that I purchased back in 1991. The allen key that adjusts the rear dovetail sight was stuck and stripped. There are no local gunsmiths where I live so I sent the slide into Ruger so they could get it out and replace. I expected a bill but they did the repair and shipped it back in 2 weeks for FREE!
