Cleaning and Storage Project for Some Old Guns I've Inherited: How do I clean them and keep them from rusting again?
Post Body

I apologize in advance for the lack of pictures. I have recently inherited the following.

2 Winchester 1897 Trench guns - 12ga - from 1898 and 1906 iirc They are in good condition, a generous oiling got the pumps working very smooth. The barrels are easily removed and I did my best cleaning the insides of both parts without taking the delicate parts out. The wooden pump and stock are in good condition; no warping. They can cycle rounds with ease. They both have a light covering of rust, some of which I oil-rubbed away with a cloth.

250 Savage Lever Action Rifle Also in good condition; the moving parts are smooth and it cycles fine, except it's hard to close the lever the last inch. Same level of light rust covering. Wood pieces look great. The wooden grip is easily removed, same with the barrel. Just a tad rusty.

Gewehr 98 Both Action Rifle The barrel was cut down in the past, ~5''. Same as the others, slightly rusty but cycles fine.

.20ga Pump Action Ithaca Model 37 Ultralight Same as the others with rust, I have actually fired this one many times. Cycles fine. It's a real beauty.

Remington 760 .30-06 Pump Action Rifle This gun is in very good condition, dating back to 1964. No cleaning needed.

I live in the northeast. I do not own a gun safe. I do not intend to anytime soon. I have a basement, but it is sensitive to changes in humidity which are extreme here. Regardless of where in the house I put them, I will need to protect it by some means. I can spend ~$100 on this project. What do I buy and what should I do?
