Hey everybody first time gun owner here. I purchased the Glock G19 MOS and was wondering if anybody had any good recommendations on a reasonably priced safe to lock it down. I don’t plan (as of now) to acquire more guns. Just looking for a simple yet decent safe to hold the pistol and one or two magazines. Right now it is locked with the stock lock you get in the Glock case and unloaded. No magazines loaded either until I get a safe. It is also hidden. I don’t have children but wanted to take as much precaution as I could at this time with what I have.
I have looked on Amazon, and at academy but am a bit overwhelmed with all the choices. Are the biometrics ones on Amazon worth looking into? Or should I go with a classic lock and key model? Just looking for opinions and advice.
Also not looking to spend a bajillion dollars on a safe, my budget realistically is max $100-$150.
- also I have roommates which is another reason I am looking into a safe.
