Does the R700 ADL come with a rail?

Iām a newer gun owner and hunter and the thought of a bolt action has always fascinated me especially the R700.
I assumed they were more expensive rifles but I found a local gun store has the ADL model for $600. I would invest more in the rifle including a scope but I was wondering if it comes already with a rail or not?
