Speaking as a Californian... Part 1 is what everyone already knows. Skip to part 2 for my more fresh and crazy idea on how to win gun rights back.

1, you can challenge the laws in court. But the problem here is that it is difficult to get the ball rolling for just ONE issue, it takes years for a single issue to MAYBE be resolved and the system is rigged like for example you win your case but California will just seek another court for another trial and even if you win both, they can ask for a third trial! And even if you win every trial, they can make laws to abuse loop holes or redefine definitions.

2,We are all waiting for the "Big ban" to happen to start a civil war and win our gun rights back. But that might not happen when they are playing the long game and killing us with a thousand small cuts. Do you know why the ban on alcohol didn't work? Because people stopped followed the stupid prohibition and risked their lives over it. Eventually it became such a pain for the government they gave up and we won. This is why I propose... WE should start the civil war by...

2, We need the firearm industry to fight back by not following the laws. DO NOT COMPLY. Do you have a fin grip on your rifle? STOP COMPLYING.

If they need our help with donations or as security guards against possible police attacks, we need to do it. Anyone's involved with selling guns, (stores and manufacturers) need to ignore the laws.

Fuck the handgun roster. Ship the new Glocks to the store and the store should sell them. If they try to revoke your license. Fuck it. Keep selling guns even if it's your own house.

If they try to take you, resist. If they try to shoot you. Kill them. If they need a new place to live and sell guns, someone give them shelter and protection.

If every pro gun individual, store and manufacturer work together, they can't stop us all. If they could stop us all they would just ban all guns. But they don't , because they are scared, they should be scared and they know we will win.

If you can't agree to this, you already admit they can ban everything and you won't do shit about it. That or I am missing something very important lol...

I can't do it alone. None of us can. We need everyone together. Their goal is to ban everything. People already saying Cali BS is spreading to all states. They will win if we follow any laws. So why wait?

Oh and protesting doesn't do anything. They ignore peaceful and destructive protesting makes us look like the aggressor. A great comment I recently read said " We don't do much because we 2A folk (Conservative/center people) just want to be left alone" That is true... So if we just ignore laws and only kill in self defense from the law, it's much harder to paint us as the bad guys. Everyone needs to fuck off and let us have our rights to own and bear arms.

The ONLY gun law I support is a criminal background check. I don't want gun owners on a list, but if you have criminal history that shows you assaulted another person, you should just lose your rights to buying a gun. Tho criminals can always just get a gun illegally so it isn't important to have a background check... But I do enjoy having violent people having a tougher time getting a gun if it doesn't effect innocent citizens.

Any other law is just bs and we should own any gun we want.
