Had a felony not for domestic violence in Arizona, did my probation and it got dropped to a class 6 undesignated misdemeanor, got my rights back, can vote, can serve jury duty, etc…moved to Arkansas and tried to buy a gun at bass pro and it came back as delay, he said that they must’ve found my fingerprints but are trying to figure out what they’re for and they’ll hold it until approval or until 30 days and if that happens I’ll get a refund. I’ve heard some dealers will sell after 3 days of not hearing back but not the big box stores they’ll wait for an approval. Just wondering if I wasting my time with waiting for a delay that lasts forever, or if it will come back as failed or if I should try one of the dealers that sell after the 3 day wait time?
