New pickup angled oddly

Has anyone else encountered a situation in which a replacement neck pickup does not perfectly align with the stock pickup and you get an angled mess? In this case it is SD La Brea in place of the stock neck pickup on my 2021 MIJ Fender Traditional 50’s Tele. Any ideas on what to do?
