Is this neck cracked??

I found this NJ series Warlock on Craigslist a few years ago for only like 250 with only this crack(?) and one small ding on the body. I’ve only messed with it a handful of times and it’s mostly just been hanging on my wall. What does everyone think…is this a crack? Also bonus question. Is the ding repairable? Thanks in advance!
