suggestions please! looking for a pedal the produces random... sputters?!

hi!
i'm looking for a pedal that'll add a litle texture and interest to my clean bass sound... sputters, glitches, artefacts... stuff like that. i don't wan't a distorted / overdriven sound, i just want a little extra texture!
i have the NU-33 vinyl engine, which has a crackle effect, but it's a little too on the nose, i think
pedals with blend knobs would be gooood!
