Tap tempo / metronome pedal with integrated speaker

Hello,do you know if there is any tap tempo pedal with an integrated speaker? I'd like to use it as metronome when using the acoustic guitar without amplification, or to help me to keep the tempo when looping with the electric guitar without recording the "tap tap" of the tempo.
I am looking for something like a traditional metronome, that is usually tapped with fingers, but that can be actuated with pedal to keep my hands free
