Silicon Fuzz - Interesting/Unique Recommendations?

I've got my Ge ground well covered and am looking to expand the palette with a great Si fuzz. For example, I was recently looking at the Homenoise Serpent which came out a few years back.
I'm unlikely to be interested in the basic variations like a Fuzz Face with Si transistor, but by all means, try me. Thanks in advance!
