First off, sorry if this is the wrong place.
Can you guys help me out? I'm a new guitar player and a friend of mine gave me a pedal he's had sitting in his garage for quite some time (Johnson distortion DEQ2). I got a power supply and tried it out, and it was horrible. Then I realized that if I squeezed and held the male part of the cords into the female parts of the pedal, everything was fine. As soon as I let go and the male parts slid out a little until they locked themselves into place, the horrible sound came back. I tried contact cleaner, no luck. Where can I find jacks to replace these (pics below). I looked at mammoth and pedal parts, but none of the jacks seem to have the same configuration of metal tabs, especially the one that protrudes from near the nipple/thread. Both jacks are the same as the pics below, that is only the input jack.
I really appreciate the help.
