What would cause certain pedals in my chain to not turn on when sharing the same power source?

I have an Ispot Pro CS6 and I know it’s getting power. It’s connected to a surge protector that I only turn on when playing. I played a day ago and all 5 pedals received power. I go to turn on the pedals this morning by flipping the power switch on the surge protector and 3 pedals are not receiving power. Any ideas? Thanks!
