I hold my skinny pig & I get welts & hives on my face & neck. It’s very itchy, I tried to avoid putting him up to my chest but he loves to be super close to me as possible to give me kisses and snuggle. When I touch hay I don’t break out. I occasionally hold my other guinea pig that has fur and I never itch. What is the difference with the skinny pig? I’m so confused of what this is. He is healthy and has no health concerns. I just get so itchy when holding around my neck and face but my hands and arms are never itchy…I’m so confused and sad because I love to snuggle with him as he’s the most affectionate one. Any advice is appreciated
