Hello !
Very recently, one of our piggie began to chew on the coroplast of her C&C. Of course, her mate started to copying her. They have a lot of hidings and toys made of cardboard or wood and I regularly change them. I always give them enrichisment and toys to hide food. They also have a lot of floor time. So I don't know if it's a sign of annoyance. Here an example of the arrangement of their cage. Is their a way to improve it so that they stop to chew the plastic ? Is there any other explication and another way to avoid this behavior ?
Thanks β€οΈ
Mine will sometimes do that so then I just go out and buy a lot more toys. They also like to chew on cardboard boxes so you may try cutting some holes in a cardboard box that might entertain her.
