“Guinea pigs don’t have a natural tendency to climb” they said. My piggy, Dirtblock, disagrees

Btw he does this himself and he can easily get down on his own. Also he cannot escape the cage, I’ve made sure of that.

It worries me a little that he does this because I’m afraid he might get himself hurt. But I can’t really stop him from doing it and he does it of his own free will so I guess there’s no harm in it?

His cage mate, Soap, has never shown interest in doing this. (As seen in the first picture: he couldn’t care less about Dirtblock’s antics lol)

I believe Dirtblock must have been a cat or a goat in a previous life XD

Do any of you guys’ piggies also climb their hidies? And should I be worried about this behavior or just let him be?

I’m loving their names, especially Dirtblock. I have two male guineas named Ghost, and König, because of call of duty, so seeing a piggy named Soap cracks me up.
