GTAO Performance in 2022

I still don't know if im getting the best as possible or just not knowing about advanced settings. I know the the grass is fps killer so I have it one normal, MSA is also a fps killer, But despite running on pretty reasonable settings at 2k res, frames are still terrible
Radeon RX 5700XT, Radeon RX 1700X, 16gb of ram ddr6 i believe
