Rare vehicles just from the wheels

I love the classic rod wheels in the muscle category and for the longest time have been the wheels I pit on almost every car I really like the look of them plus the custom design is the white ring all the way around the tire. But now R* has completely gotten rid of that ring its just now "drag radial" tires that look kinda dumb. So since I already had 5 vehicles with that wheel and custom white ring I now have some rare vehicles just because R* decided to remove that design from the wheel
