Can't sell my Adder bonds?

I have 10 adder bonds from the Moneyocalypse. They are on my secondary character who is only level 5. I tried to cash in some of these after the 1.16 update but I am unable sell the anymore. When I take them to LSC I have no option to sell.
These adders where all bought "legit" (meaning they were all purchased through the website, and have never been glitched/duped)
Any ideas on what is happening here?
