If I can get some recommendations for an estate lawyer in order to set up steps or procedures for my home (high value)and very little cash assets to keep my money/house/assets out of probate for my three adult children to split once the inevitable happens.
I especially would love recommendations of attorneys that Redditors have actually used in Greensboro or even Winston Salem.
This is everything I need to do. Can you give me a rough estimate of what it cost for yourself? And this would just be for me Iโm in my early 50s Iโve been a widow since late 30s, never remarried after.
Thatโs exactly what is on my list. My husband did this before he passed and I had 0 issues after he passed financial wise. So Iโm going ti go the same route.
