Hello,

My watch will not connect via Bluetooth. I hold the connect button down for a while and nothing connects. I do have the g shock app when in trying to pair. Also, the second hand appears to be only moving at 2 second intervals, maybe a little less. When I hold down the mode button nothing happens. When I do a quick tap with the mode button nothing happens. The only button that works is the find button. It seems to spin the battery complication. That’s the only button that works! This watch has barely been used. I bought it about a year ago. While trying to troubleshoot I removed the profile from the app so I could try and reconnect. Nada. Please help!
