Different city, different county, hour round trip. The first time this happened, I called support and they said it was an error and if it happened again to call and I’d be unassigned without the hit to my AR. It happened again, I called, and surprise surprise the first rep lied to me and unassigning would penalize me. The rep did admit it’s outside my range and was a system error, but that unassigning would still penalize me.
