3 times in the past 2 weeks, I’ve had missed orders because the app bugged out. They’ll either not show up or, in the most recent case, I clicked accept, the button changed color then the app froze like it was buffering, then it told me it wasn’t available. I figured the customer canceled because my stats stayed the same for a minute. Then it popped up as missed, which lowered my acceptance rate to under 90% (I’m in a super slow market) and lowered my overall rate to 94%. I contacted them and they told me they didn’t have any issues and couldn’t modify it. The back and forth has been different people replying with same copy and paste responses, including two identical emails, that don’t respond to mine. Has anyone ever had success with the tech support team?
