My pick up order was routed to a delivery driver?

I had the strangest experience today… I went to go pick up a half dozen bagels from my local bagel shop. I placed the pick up order on GrubHub (have done it many times before with no problems)… but when I got there today, the bagel store employee said someone else already called, asking if the order was ready - then came in and picked it up. They referenced my name, and the same order (half dozen bagels). The store just re-did the order and gave it to me… but what in the heck happened???
