What is your favorite product to use on white/ light colored dogs to help lighten the discolored fur around their mouth?

I had a client today who has a little white dog that had most of his teeth pulled a couple months ago. The fur around his mouth is now the usual discoloration that white and lighter colored dogs get. She asked what she can do to get it white again. I mentioned some whitening products she could use in between grooms, but it's likely never going to be as white as it used to be. He is 12. Just wanted to hear some favorites/opinions.
